A double bock beer, brewed according to the Bavarian brewing, from water, malt and hops. We hereby ringing the
Jubilee 2016 - a 500 year Bavarian Reinheitsgebot. Cheers!

Wieden Bräu Winter Ale

Our new special beer was brewed as strong ale in English brewing method according to the Reinheitsgebot of 1516th
The Nobel mild hops Hallertau Tradition and Hallertau Hersbrucker late give a refreshing, full-bodied and aromatic hopped

Wieden Bräu Weihnachtsbock

The robust body with the fine sooty taste exquisite Viennese - and Munich malts, refines with classy Hallertau hop

Wieden Bräu Hanf  
12.2 ° original gravity, 5.2% alcohol 
The Wieden Brau classics reinterpreted. An extra dose of organic hemp from the Waldviertel is the fine cannabis herb flavor
and the Mühlviertler hops gives a pleasantly bitter hop note in our new mild fermented creative beer, cheers
Wieden Bräu „Marillen Weisse“

Our new wheat beer specialty with fresh apricots fermented from fruit Raasdorfer Culinary, finely hopped with
American hop variety Columbus and fruity aftertaste.
Wieden Bräu „Rote Weisse“  
12.7 ° original gravity, 5.1% alcohol 
Our new wheat beer was brewed from selected malt and Vienna Belgian Kristallmalz through an elaborate
half mashing process, whereby the malt flavor comes to best advantage in this wheat beer. It was highly fermented
and refined with the finest Bavarian hops.
Wieden Bräu „Sommerweiße“  
12.0 ° original gravity, 4.5% alcohol 
Our wheat beer was brewed from selected Mühlviertler and Vienna malt by Bavarian brewing.Refreshing
hop varieties as well as the top-fermenting yeast give our spring wheat with rich tangy character.
Wieden Bräu „Xarifa“  
13.2 ° original gravity, alcohol 4.7%
Obergäriges Vollbier by Belgian brewing, cold hopped! Finest Mühlviertler malts and selected American hops
such as Chinook, Columbus and mosaic give a fresh tangy flavor that is reminiscent of citrus and mango.
Wieden Bräu „Oster Doppelbock“
Indian Pale Ale
 
19.2 ° original gravity, 9.0% alcohol 
Top-fermented Double Bock-style American Double India Pale Ale, named Sesson with Pliny. Finest Mühlviertler
and Belgian malts were brewed and refined with Centennial, Columbus and Simcoe hops and hopped cold.
The selected hop varieties give an intense citrus aroma. With merikanischer and Belgian yeast very highly fermented.
Six months matured cold.
Wieden Bräu „Schwarzes Hafermalzbier“  
11.5 ° original gravity, 5.0% alcohol 
Is a Deep Black top-fermented beer with a pronounced creamy Dispensing froth. It was brewed
with a large proportion of Hafermalz and gebittert with 100% Mühlviertler hops. Gentle and mild on the finish.
Wieden Bräu „Weihnachtsbock“  
18.5 ° original gravity, 7.5% alcohol 
Bottom-fermented double Bock beer with eight selected varieties of hops bitter and aromatic
brewed and aged seven months to Waimea hops in the storage tank.
Wieden Bräu „Rotes Hanfbier“  
15.4 ° original gravity, 5.0% alcohol 
Our Red hemp beer was brewed from the Upper Austrian and Belgian barley and Weizenmalzen, New Zealand and Austrian
hops give the bitterness and Waldviertler Biohanf the subtle sweetness. This created the distinctive character of our new
Wiedenbräu Creativ beer!
Wieden Bräu „Weizenbock“  
16.0 ° original gravity, 6.0% alcohol 
Strong Thanksgiving beer which has been brewed with wheat and barley malt Mühlviertler selected. The hop varieties
Galaxy and Kohatu lead to the balanced bitterness of the beer.
Wieden Bräu „Kirschweisse“  
12.2 ° original gravity, 5.3% alcohol 
Our new wheat beer specialty fermented with fresh cherries from the fruit Raasdorfer Culinary, mildly hopped with
the old country hop variety "Hallertauer Mittelfrüher", fruity finish. Our diploma brewmaster Bernd Kistler recommends
our new summer thirst quencher, cheers!

A very full-bodied wheat beer with very fruity Nobel hops brewed that the departure 
can taste to grapefruit and is very refreshing! That the summer begins!

Wieden Bräu "Roter Osterbock"   17,6° original gravity, 7,0% alcoho
The Red Easter Bock gets its color and strong taste with a malt mixture of red Crystal malt and Abteimalz.
The strong hop aroma created by the selected hop varieties Chinook from the United States, Galaxy and Kohatu from New Zealand.
Wieden Bräu "Limousin"  
13,7° original gravity, 6,4% alcoho
Our new special beer "Limousin" was a brewed from Austrian and Belgian malts as well as of the old Nobel hops variety "Hallertauer Mittelfrüher"
to a full-bodied creative beer, which has received a pleasant touch of wood due to the storage of oak from the French Limousin.
Wieden Bräu "Belgisches Winterbier"   13,6° original gravity, 6,3% alcoho
The malts, Pilsner, Vienna and Munich, are responsible for the fullness. Add the spice mixture of orange and lemon peel, hibiscus and hemp 
a mild taste and the New Zealand hop variety Galaxy round out the pleasant fruity taste.

Our lager double bock is pleasantly full-bodied and with a flowery taste from the hop variety "Pearl" and "Magnum"

Our Martinmasbock had plenty of time to mature in our beer cellar. During six months it developed an equable body with a slight taste
of grapefruit and a 
refreshingly sweet note. Further characteristics are the strong hop as well as its sparkling froth.

It is a fermented not filtered beer with a distinctive note of caramel malt, full-bodied. The unique aroma of pine needles and tropical fruits is
obtained through a type of aroma hop from New Zealand.

Our Wiedenbräu „Royal“ is produced with a top-fermented brewing procedure in a gentle way. The ingredients are water and two selected
kinds of malt, finest Saazer aroma hop and a special kind of yeast of sparkling wine. 
The colour is golden yellow, with an appealing bouquet
of a fruity note of mango, banana, wine and papaya as well as a pleasant flavour of hop. It provokes a strong carbonation with a caramel note
on the tongue. Very dry.
